Unboxing Requirement

If a return or exchange request is allowed for a product, customers must provide a proper and uninterrupted 360-degree video recording of the product unboxing as proof.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product condition inside the package

Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.
